We all have seasons in life where we feel alone, stuck, and unable to move forward in our life and relationships. Sometimes these seasons stretch into years of our lives where we become unaware of the currents that pull us away from feeling present and alive in our own skin. We become numb to the voice of our hearts and forget who we were made to be.
The Story Workshop is a profound event that invites you to take the time to deeply explore the repeating themes of your life. Your story plays an important part in how you understand and view your self, as well as your current relationships.
This 2-day workshop format includes teaching, small group work, and writing exercises to help you learn how scenes from your past play out in your current relationships. As you begin to understand, write, and share your story, you’ll experience healing and encouragement in a caring space. Take that first step toward healing from past wounds in order to move forward in life and have the fulfilling relationships you desire.
